To launch the new website with online Shopping Cart System.
To increase our visibility through the use of Pavement Signs within
the Network. To maintain regular flyer distribution within GM area.
Possible target wil be 5K flyers per week rising to 10K. To offer
a 12-month Gift Incentive to lock-in new customers with a loyalty
reward for regular repeat customers.

DECEMBER
2006 :
To prepare and partake in the MCC Online Bid for Print
Services. This is a path-finder project. Any experience from it
will position the group to play a major role in supplying print
services to local authorities market and other not-for-profit markets.
To despatch Christmas and New Year mailing on time. To distribute
Calendars and Deskpads to existing and new customers.

2006 :
To negotiate with suppliers with regard to upgrading Plug-In
from 30-50%. This will give exisiting customers greater saving and
new customers leverage to try out new products from a wide range
of provision.

2006 :
To re-establish good communication with existing customers,
making sure they understand the benefits of each product range on
our catalogue and website. To kickoff the free paper promotion

2006 :
To mobilise the foot soldiers following the launch of our
new website to regenerate interest from our existing and new customers
to make online shopping and proofing experience an pleasant one
for both staff and clients of all categories.

AUGUST
2006 :
Revamping of www.agape-press.com. This website is quite
high up in the search engine, however, we have let our visitors
down by falling behind with updates. All these are about to change
with new flash-look-alike edition to be released bank holiday weekend.

JULY
2006 :
Start of Summer 2006 Promotion on Stationery Pack, Flyers,
Folders and Posters. Taken delivery of Franking Machine, A1 Poster
Printer, and two Digital Printers capable of producing full colour
flyers and posters.
Release of Summer edition of In Touch Newsletter

start work on the group's IN TOUCH newsletter to be released mid
July. To analise summer marketing campaigns in order to determine
the next marketing segment to target for the Autumn trade.
