PRODUCTS SUPPORT:
Product support is available for all customers. Typical product support involves assisting customers with completing their order forms to make sure they understand what the products do and the alternative products or quality available to clients who already know what they want or simply re-ordering a product clients have bought from us before. Product support lasts now longer than 5 minutes or 15 minutes at the most. If product support goes beyond the standard FREE 15 minutes max, the extra time is chargeable under specialist support below.

SERVICE SUPPORT:
Service support is similar to product support and centres on clients who know what is it they want and we help them complete design briefing guide for their particular project. This type of support can usually be completed in the 30 minutes FREE consultation time for all orders. If either product support or service support is to last more than the standard minimum, the extra time is chargeable under specialist support.

SPECIALIST SUPPORT:
There are more than seventy two variables that can affect a printing estimate. Sorting through all of them is time consuming. That is why no two printers could guarantee same price to carry out the same printing job.
